If you are getting the following message that the KB3033929 is already installed, check the windows update and make sure it is not there or uninstall it if it is there.

If it was listed in the installed windows update and you uninstalled it, try to reinstall it.

If you are still getting the same error message that the KB3033929 is already installed, you may have to uninstall other windows updates first.

Uninstall KB4015549 first then try to install KB3033929.
