EXPLANATION
To resolve Runtime errors, Windows Scripting and XML files must be updated for your Operating System.
Step 1. Run Windows Updates. Make sure that Windows is up-to-date by running Windows Updates via the Control Panel.
Step 2. Download Windows Scripting by clicking on the following links and following the directions in the article. Vista and 7 users already have this installed as part of their system.

- Click here to download and install Windows Script 5.7 for Windows 2000
Step 3. Register all Microsoft MSXML files by downloading and running the XML.bat file listed in the Attachments section below.
