How can I change the settings to enable or disable the SafeCentral SafeDesktop plug-in?

One reason to disable this is if you are receiving the "We have just secured your session" page but are not being redirected properly to the SecureDesktop.

Internet Explorer Users (versions 6.0 or higher supported)

Step 1. Open Internet Explorer.

Step 2. Select Tools then Manage add-ons.

Step 3. Select the SafeCentral SafeDesktop add-on and select Enable or Disable.

Firefox Users (versions 3.0 or higher supported)

Step 1. Open Firefox.

Step 2. Select Tools then Add-ons.

Step 3. Select the SafeCentral SafeDesktop extension and select Enable or Disable.

Step 4. Restart Firefox for your changes to take affect.

 

 

Chrome Users (versions 4.0 - 7.0 supported)

Step 1. Open Chrome.

Step 2. Type chrome://extensions in the address bar or select the wrench icon in the top right corner, select Tools, then Extensions.

Step 3. Select the SafeCentral extension and select Enable or Disable.
