Enterprise Client Installation

How do I install the SafeCentral SafeDesktop Enterprise Client?

Step 1. Run or save the download link received in your confirmation email sent by the Administrator.

Step 2. If UAC is enabled select Yes when prompted.


Step 3. At the Welcome to Setup screen select Next.


Step 4. At the License Agreement screen select I Agree.


Step 5. At the Create an account screen your credentials should pre-populate with an email address and password.  Additionally, your browser proxy settings should be detected by the installer and pre-populate your settings. Verify your proxy settings are correct by selecting the Proxy Settings button. Once verified select Next.



Step 6. SafeCentral SafeDesktop will install.

Step 7. Once completed the installer will prompt you to add SafeCentral SafeDesktop to your taskbar. We recommend selecting Yes.

Step 8. The installer will now prompt you to reboot. We recommend selecting Yes to reboot now.


Step 9. After reboot SafeCentral SafeDesktop will load if you chose to add to your taskbar. Additionally, the SafeCentral updater will load in your system tray.

Step 10. To launch SafeCentral SafeDesktop you can select the Start Menu icon, Desktop icon, or Black Deskband. This will launch the SecureDesktop.

Step 11. Depending on your policy settings set by your Administrator you may have the following Protected Programs:

Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
Citrix Receiver
Juniper Citrix
Microsoft Remote Desktop
Palo Alto Global Protect
VMWare View
