Incorrect Date / Time shown on Last Scan Performed

Incorrect Date and Time shown on Security Dashboard for the last scan performed.

 

Telstra Online Security dashboard might show incorrect date and time when the Last Scan was performed.

 

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue:

Change the Windows regional settings to change how dates and times are displayed

The following steps explain how to set and change your regional settings.

The date format to correctly set the date is “yyyy/MM/dd” as shown in the screenshot below.

 


 

In Windows Vista

  1. Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Clock, Language, and Region.

 NOTE   If you use Classic view, double-click Regional and Language Options.

The Regional and Language Options dialog box appears.

  1. Click the Formats tab.
  2. Under Current format, click Customize this format.

The Customize Regional Options dialog box appears.

  1. Click the tab that contains the settings that you want to modify, and then make your changes.

 

 

 

In Microsoft Windows XP (Classic view)

  1. On the Windows task bar, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, double-click Regional and Language Options.

The Regional and Language Options dialog box appears.

  1. Click the Regional Options tab.
  2. Under Standards and formats, click Customize.

The Customize Regional Options dialog box appears.

  1. Click the tab that contains the settings that you want to modify, and then make your changes.
