Allowing Third-Party Applications to work In SafeDesktop

The user will, by default, only be allowed to access the “Safe Browser” Application when in Safe Desktop. However, the user can whitelist more Applications by clicking on the three-dot button on the top right of the screen.

When clicking the three-dot button, the user will need to click on the “Settings” option, then choose the “Approved Application” option, which will present a list of all the Applications installed on the Android Device.

To whitelist any of these installed Applications; the user must toggle these to an on state. It is important to only allow Applications that you trust in SafeCentral Mobile Security, as adding a malicious Application, will compromise the Security of SafeCentral Mobile Security.

Once you have enabled the Applications you would like to access while in SafeCentral Mobile Security the user simply clicks Back twice to return to the Safe Desktop.

To allow an Application to be accessible in Safe Desktop, the user has to simply toggle the ON/OFF switch for the required Application. Once the user has enabled the required Applications, the user can then click on the Back button to exit the screen.
