Create Policies For Multiple User Accounts

Parental Controls give you options for creating Policies for Multiple user accounts using same Telstra Online profile. To use this facility, the user has to create new user accounts on his computer or log into his existing user accounts.

Note: Only the users who are able to log in to Parental Controls Management can create and assign new policies.

Step 1: Log in to your User Account for which you need to apply a different Policy.

Step 2: Click on Family Safety and then “Launch” from the Telstra Online Security console.

Step 3: Log in using Telstra credentials.

Step 4: Once logged in, select Policies and click on Policy appropriate to your account or computer.

For example, if you have created a policy for kids under 15 years old, based on Parental Guidance, you should select policy based on “Parental Guidance” rules.

Once you have selected the appropriate policy for different account or computer, make sure to select “Set as Active” policy from the management settings as shown in the figure above.
