Unable to launch Safebrowser when logged into a Windows 10 Child Account

Windows 10 has introduced a number of new features and one of these includes limited rights for Microsoft User Accounts based on the Child option.

When attempting to access InPrivateBrowsing on Internet Explorer, the option may be grayed out (see image below). This also means that the Safe Browser is not able to be launched.

We are aware of this issue and are currently deciding how to resolve this.
